Still Waters Institute offers structured curriculum for youth and adults addressing anger management, bullying prevention, emotional awareness, conflict resolution, and healthy decision-making. Youth curricula focus on recognizing emotional triggers, understanding the impact of behavior, building empathy, and developing safer responses in school and community settings. Adult curricula emphasize accountability, emotional regulation, boundary setting, and interrupting harmful patterns in relationships and professional environments. All curriculum is designed for clarity, accessibility, and prevention, with a strong emphasis on skill building rather than punishment.

Customized training is provided for schools, organizations, and community groups, including educators, administrators, youth-serving professionals, and leadership teams. Trainings focus on emotional regulation skills, trauma-informed practices, bullying prevention, conflict de-escalation, and creating safer environments through awareness and intentional response. Sessions can be delivered as workshops, multi-session trainings, or ongoing consulting support.
